A security integration used to be a project. You delivered it once and moved on. That has changed. Cloud platforms, mobile credentials, and vendors who update on their own schedule have turned every integration into a product, with a roadmap, a support obligation, and an end of life.

This session walks through three real projects:

• Modernising a lock manufacturer’s legacy access platform without a rewrite

• Keeping an integration working as the platform vendor changes versions underneath it
