This session provides an overview of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and regulatory framework, with a focus on the roles, duties, accountabilities and liabilities of senior management.

Through relevant past WSH cases, participants will explore key lessons learned and discuss how WSH responsibilities can be translated into effective actions and decisions in the workplace. The session aims to strengthen awareness, accountability and leadership commitment towards building a safer and healthier workplace.
