Their training courses develop both current and future professionals in the Fire and Security industry, helping businesses upskill their workforce and close the growing skills gap, one apprentice at a time.
With over 5 years of experience, Skills for Security has grown into a National provider. Expansion into multiple UK centres was driven by employer demand and learner need, creating a robust model that brings training closer to home and sets a high industry standard.

Skills for Security UK, in partnership with Temasek Polytechnic’s Security Industry Institute, proudly presents Skills for Security Competition Asia — happening live at The Security Event Asia, 10 - 12 November 2026 in Singapore.
Three Days. Eighteen Technicians. One Challenge.
Across three action-packed days, six technicians per day will go head-to-head in dedicated booths, tackling fault-finding, installing, integrating and commissioning of a Security System – all against the clock.
Each day, 1 winner will be crowned, and at the end of the event, an overall champion will rise above the rest.
Attractive prizes will be awarded to the daily winners and the overall champion.

Who Can Join?
If you have the skills to install, troubleshoot, integrate and commission security systems — whether you’re an experienced technician, apprentice or recent graduate — this is your chance to put them to the test.
Participation Terms & Conditions
There are no registration fees. However, participants must make a firm commitment to participate in the entire competition programme:
(1) Commit to 1 full competition day during the 3-day event. Daily winners will receive their prizes on the same day.
