Women in Protective Services (WIPS) is a worldwide community for women serving in policing, defence, fire and rescue, emergency medical services, security, border control, and custodial services, a place where women can share their stories, support each other and inspire the next generation of leaders in protective services worldwide.

Created and founded by IPSA CEO, Satia Rai, WIPS mission is to connect and empower women in protective services through community, shared experiences, and support, envisioning a world where women in every protective role are seen, heard and empowered to lead, inspire, and thrive.
