Ace is the Chief Communications Officer and Board of Trustee for the Women in Security Alliance Philippines (WiSAP), a non-stock/nonprofit professional organization that empower women in the cyber ecosystem, support the progression of male cyber practitioners and develop digital risk leaders. Concurrently, he is the President and Managing Director of Ace And Associates Risk Management, Inc., and General Manager and Editor-in-Chief of SecurityMatters.

 Ace is a Certified Protection Professional,  a Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist and an International Crime Prevention Specialist. 

His consultancy practice covers vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, operational technology, industrial control and SCADA security, cloud security reviews, digital forensics, and incident response.

He designs converged physical and cyber nerve centers, including SIEM, SOC, and EOC operations. A Philippine Military Academy graduate and former infantry officer, he served as Regional Director of Security for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts across 39 properties in 10 countries. He served with ASIS Philippines and Region 13B for 9 years. He brings more than 35 years of experience to the panel table.
