Alanna Ball is the Founder and Director of Women in Safety and a WHS, culture and leadership consultant who challenges organisations to think differently about how safety is created at work. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background across work health and safety, human resources and law, she explores the connection between culture, leadership, decision-making, work design and organisational outcomes. Alanna is a speaker, facilitator and community builder passionate about moving the profession beyond traditional safety thinking and creating space for honest, practical conversations. Through Women in Safety, she champions connection, visibility and opportunity for women across the profession, with a growing focus on the APAC region.
