I am an Italian Engineer with the role of Health & Safety Director for an international company with over 120.000 employees all around the world . With nearly 20 years of international experience across Europe and Asia, Chartered Member of IOSH (CertIOSH) since 2024, I have developed extensive expertise in high-risk industries, including oil & gas, battery energy storage systems (BESS), construction, scaffolding, and asbestos management.

Now based in Singapore, my perspective is shaped not only by my global career but also by my personal life—I am married to a Singaporean and proud father of a 10-year-old daughter. I am passionate about advancing workplace health through innovation, with a strong interest in integrating safety, ergonomics, and emerging technologies, and I remain continuously driven by learning and professional growth.
