Ms Audrina Chua is currently overseeing the Operations branches of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate in the Ministry of Manpower. Her teams plan and conduct proactive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) inspections and investigate workplace accidents across all sectors.  

Ms Chua’s previous portfolios include strategic planning, operations planning, and policy reviews for WSH programmes; international collaboration for WSH, policy reviews and project management for critical infrastructure protection in the Ministry of Home Affairs; foreign workforce policy reviews; and secretariat for the then-Workplace Safety and Health Advisory Committee. She also led the secretariat for the WSH 2028 Tripartite Strategies Committee as well as the Inquiry Committee for the Stars Engineering Pte Ltd explosion.
