Ava Gui works at the intersection of smart buildings, connected technologies and operational intelligence at SJ Group.

Her work focuses on advancing Integrated Operations Centres (IOC) and SJ’s proprietary digital platform – 24K, connecting building systems, IoT, digital twins and real-time data to improve how facilities and urban environments are monitored, managed and operated.

With a background in command centre solutions and strategic partnerships, Ava works across sectors including smart campuses, healthcare, transport and critical facilities. She also leads the SJ Digital Experience Centre, a living lab demonstrating how connected technologies and AI can translate data into actionable insights and more responsive operations.
