Beste Ozdeslik is the Sales Director and Board Member of Sistem Teknik and Aichelin ST GmbH. She holds a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Media & Visual Arts and completed her Professional MBA at Sabancı University. Her expertise spans industrial furnaces, fire resistance testing technologies, energy efficiency, carbon footprint management, and industrial furnace retrofit business. She also serves as President of EFSIAD and is a member of the Machine Exporters' Association (MAIB) and the ARYA Women Investment Platform.
