A practitioner turned consultant, Boon Chew has over 20 years of experience driving cultural and behavioural change across Asia. Passionate about the people side of safety, his mission is to build Heartware such that Management & Employees would love Safety.

An engaging storyteller on stage, Boon Chew is known for delivering keynote speeches that blend humour with practical insights. He is the founder of Culture Lab and the author of 7 Toolkits for Safety Practitioners—a practical guide to changing mindsets in safety.

Beyond consulting, he also lectures in the BSc Human Factors in Safety program at SUSS and the MSc Safety, Health and Environmental Technology program at NUS, reflecting his commitment to advancing the profession through both practice and education.
