Carlo E. Balita Jr. is the current President of Pro AVL, a leading organization dedicated to advancing the professional audio, video, and lighting (AVL) industry in the Philippines. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience, he also owns and manages Arpeggio Lights and Sounds System, a trusted provider of high-quality technical and production services for events of all scales.

Carlo’s deep passion for music began during his studies at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Conservatory of Music, where he cultivated his artistic foundation and developed a keen understanding of sound and performance. This early exposure to the art of music continues to influence his innovative approach to the technical side of event production.

Before leading Pro AVL, Carlo served as President of the North Caloocan Events Technical Team, where he played a pivotal role in bringing recognition to North Caloocan within the local lights and sounds community. Under his leadership, he fostered collaboration among professionals, elevated industry standards, and inspired many to pursue excellence in the field.

Today, Carlo remains a driving force in the AVL industry—championing growth, innovation, and unity among Filipino professionals who share his vision of delivering world-class audiovisual experiences.
