Dr Lim Ping is an experienced workplace health, safety and environment leader with more than two decades of experience in occupational safety and health, risk management and safety leadership across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

He currently holds a regional HSE leadership role with ESR Group and serves as Chair of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Singapore Community for the 2026–2028 term. He is also an educator and passionate advocate for professional development, lifelong learning and stronger collaboration across the safety profession.

Dr Lim believes that safety goes beyond compliance; it is fundamentally about people, lives and families. His leadership philosophy emphasises personal responsibility, collaboration and the courage to intervene before risks become tragedies.

Across his corporate, professional and educational roles, he continues to champion a simple principle: everyone has a role in creating safer, healthier and more caring workplaces.
