Dr Shaun Lundy is Chief Strategy Officer at Tetra, IOSH President-Elect, Chair of the IOSH Construction Community and a Board Director at The Property Institute. A Chartered Fellow of IOSH and Chartered Building Engineer, he has more than

 30 years’ experience in health and safety, fire risk management, building safety and the wider built environment. Shaun was previously Head of Built Environment at the University of Greenwich, where he led academic provision in construction management, occupational safety and health, and surveying, including programmes delivered in China, Hong Kong, the Middle East, and Trinidad and Tobago. He continues to contribute to higher education as a visiting academic and examiner. He recently authored industry guidance on competence

 management for the Industry Competence Committee’s task and finish group, supporting the continuing drive to raise standards across the built environment following the UK’s Grenfell Tower tragedy. Shaun works with regulators, professional bodies and industry to improve competence, governance and professional standards across the property and construction sectors.
