Eileen Soh is a Singapore-based cybercrime and geopolitical intelligence specialist focused on security threats across Asia Pacific. She is currently a Lead Intelligence Analyst at Mastercard, where she works with partners to understand emerging cybercrime, fraud and security threats and translate intelligence into action. Before joining Mastercard, Eileen spent 11 years in Singapore government, covering geopolitical developments, counter-terrorism and cyber defence. She regularly speaks on cybercrime, scams and fraud, geopolitical risk, threat intelligence and public-private intelligence sharing, particularly how governments and industry can work together to identify emerging threats earlier and respond across borders.
