Frank Ngoh
Frank Ngoh, CFM, FMP, SFP, CFME Tier 1, IFMA Fellow is a recognised leader and forward thinker in Facilities Management, with more than 20 years of experience spanning FM, project management and business development.
He serves as President of SIFMA and the IFMA Singapore Chapter, Director on the IFMA Global Board of Directors, and Managing Director of EM Real Estate Pte Ltd.
Frank is passionate about challenging the traditional boundaries of Facilities Management and reimagining its role in an increasingly AI-driven world. He advocates moving FM beyond the conventional management of buildings towards becoming an intelligent, data-driven function that connects people, assets, technology and the wider urban ecosystem.
His current focus is on the convergence of AI, Smart FM, smart cities, sustainability, workforce transformation and integrated data, and how these forces will reshape the way buildings, precincts and cities are operated.
Frank believes that the future of smart cities will be shaped not only by how intelligently we design and build them, but by how intelligently we operate them. He sees Facilities Management as an important bridge between smart buildings and smart cities, translating technology and data into better operational decisions, asset performance, sustainability and human experience.
Beyond industry practice, Frank is actively involved in academia, industry development and ecosystem building, bringing together industry, technology, institutions and policymakers to advance the future of FM.
As an IFMA Fellow, the association's highest level of recognition, Frank brings both a Singapore and global perspective to the transformation of the profession. His ambition is not simply to help FM adapt to the future, but to help shape the future of buildings, cities and the profession itself.
