Mr. Gabriel CHUI Chung Long is an Assistant Building Services Engineer at the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) of the Hong Kong SAR Government. He specialises in the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in government buildings. He leads innovative projects to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably throughout a building’s life cycle. Mr. Chui is a member of the EMSD Fire Service Installations Working Group, where he reviews engineering advances, product developments, and operation-and-maintenance requirements to define best practices for fire service installations. He actively engages with young engineers to promote and explore the application of intelligent building technologies.
