Tay Guan Hin is an award-winning creative leader, global keynote speaker, and best-selling Penguin author of COLLIDE: Embracing Conflict to Boost Creativity. He currently serves as APAC Regional Director at The One Club for Creativity.

Tay explores how AI is changing the way we think, create, lead, and solve problems. His work focuses on the relationship between technology and human creativity, with a particular emphasis on curiosity, critical thinking, taste, and lived judgment.

He has spoken on leading platforms including TEDx, Spikes Asia, and The One Show, sharing ideas on Human Creativity, Vertical Storytelling, and staying creatively relevant in the age of AI. His keynote topics include “How to Stay Creatively Relevant in the Age of AI,” “AI: Friend or Foe,” “Imperfect Beauty,” and “Infusing Creativity in the Workplace.”

Tay has worked with global organisations including the US Grains Council, Tencent, TikTok, Meta, and Unilever, advising leaders and teams at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, innovation, and emerging technology.

He was inducted into the AAMS Hall of Fame as an Advertising Visionary and named one of the Global Icons of Impact for Global Thought Leader in Creativity and AI Innovation. He was also the first Asian Jury President of Cannes Lions Outdoor and has chaired juries across major international award shows. Named Industry Influencer of the Year, Tay is also a Past President of the Asia Professional Speakers Singapore.
