Gurveer Singh Chadha is the Head of Global Accounts at Prosegur Security, Madrid, with over 15 years of international experience in business development, strategic operations, and global account management. 

Gurveer has played an instrumental role in driving Prosegur’s Hybrid Security strategy, partnering with key client sectors to help them advance their security programs toward a more data-driven world. With a record of spearheading multifaceted projects and building profitable relationships across the Americas, Europe and Asia, he is renowned for resolving complex challenges and leading global teams towards sales and operational excellence. 

Prior to his role in Global Accounts, Gurveer served as Vice President of Technology Transfer at Prosegur Cash India, leading nationwide technology and operational innovation. He implemented best practices, drove data-driven improvements, established new infrastructure, and developed teams to elevate service quality, security, and customer relationships, significantly contributing to business growth.

Gurveer holds an MBA from IESE Business School and is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning, client relations, and people management, consistently bringing innovative, people-centric solutions to the evolving security landscape.
