Ismath is the Senior Lead, Cybersecurity at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), where he leads cybersecurity governance, risk management, security operations, incident response, third-party cyber risk management, and cybersecurity resilience initiatives across the organisation. With extensive experience in cybersecurity operations, governance, digital risk management, cloud security, incident response, and cyber resilience, Ismath works closely with executive leadership, auditors, regulators, service providers, and technology teams to strengthen SIM's cybersecurity posture and operational resilience. He has led and coordinated responses to many cybersecurity incidents, cyber crisis management exercises, enterprise security transformation initiatives, cybersecurity awareness programmes, and strategic security roadmap development. His focus is on translating cybersecurity risks into practical business outcomes and helping organisations build resilience against an increasingly complex threat landscape.
