As the Executive Director of the Pro audiovisual & Lighting Integration Association (AVLIAS), I have applied my expertise to strengthen the association’s foundation, expand its influence, and elevate its value to the industry.
A self-starter and highly motivated professional, I bring a strong blend of strategic insight, operational leadership, and deep industry knowledge. Leveraging on my decades old experience as an event organizer, I was able to design and execute strategic event programmes, support new business development, and develop bespoke marketing and partnership strategies that position the association and its members for sustained growth.
