Mr. Kelvin, Kam-hang CHEUNG, Chartered Engineer and member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), serves as a Building Services Engineer at the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of The Hong Kong SAR, focusing on retrofitting and innovative projects of government buildings and participating in Fire Service Installations Working Group for reviewing engineering advancement, product development, operation and maintenance requirements for formulating the optimum practice relating to fire service installations and equipment associated with promoting innovative and intelligent technology. With over 14 years of working experience in the building services engineering Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) industry, Mr. CHEUNG has adeptly handled various types of projects including commercial, residential, clinical, and infrastructure developments. His expertise spans from initial design to final implementation and commissioning, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient outcomes.
