Regional Resiliency Lead, Dell Technologies

Keng Fong is the Regional Resiliency Lead for Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China at Dell Technologies, where she spearheads the strategic implementation and continuous evolution of crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs. Working in close collaboration with regional security teams, she drives situational awareness of emerging threats, facilitates rapid early engagement, and establishes proactive escalation protocols to safeguard Dell’s people, critical operations, and assets. In recent years, her responsibilities have expanded to encompass corporate security operations, including protective support for high-profile executive visits and leading organization-wide preparedness initiatives.

With more than two decades of dedicated experience in operational resilience, Keng Fong has held senior business continuity and crisis management leadership roles across prominent multinational banks in Asia. She began her career as a resilience consultant designing continuity frameworks across diverse industry sectors. Throughout her career, she has been an active educator and facilitator, frequently designing simulation drills and leading specialized workshops to build organizational crisis response readiness.

A prominent and long-standing contributor to Singapore’s business continuity and security ecosystem, Keng Fong currently serves as the Vice President of the Business Continuity Chapter at the Singapore Computer Society, where she regularly contributes to industry dialogue, including panelist engagements on business continuity. Her extensive financial sector contributions include serving on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Business Subject Matter Group and multiple tenures on the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) Business Resilience Committee. Among her key contributions, she co-facilitated the Securities and Derivatives cluster discussions during the financial sector-wide Exercise Raffles III and led the ABS BRC Third-Party Working Subgroup to publish an industry whitepaper on managing third-party concentration risk.

Beyond her corporate and advisory roles, Keng Fong is deeply committed to mentoring emerging talent and advancing diversity within the security and resilience domains. She has served as an international mentor for the global Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ) Mentor Program, is a member of the ASIS International (Singapore Chapter), and has been an active volunteer with its Women-in-Security initiative since 2021. In recognition of her professional leadership and contributions across the regional ecosystem, she was nominated as the Outstanding Female Security Professional for Southeast Asia at the 2023 & 2024 Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA). She remains dedicated to cultivating the next generation of resilience practitioners, especially women, equipping them to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion in times of uncertainty.
