May Ling is Deputy Head of the Firm’s White Collar & Investigations Practice. She has an established background in dispute resolution and frequently acts for financial institutions and multinational corporations in dispute proceedings concerning employment and workplace health & safety disputes, contractual disputes, company and director / shareholder disputes, civil fraud claims and corporate-governance matters.

May Ling also has specific expertise in investigations matters. She regularly assists clients with navigating regulatory investigations as well as with conducting internal investigations in a wide range of areas including but limited to matters involving allegations of employee misconduct, health & safety lapses and corruption and money-laundering allegations.
