Lit Siew is the Head, Group Property Management in Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. He has responsibility over the policies, SOPs and practices for property managers across the group.

This includes operational performance, property-related technology POCs, engineering and technical services and procurement. Lit Siew also has responsibilities over the US, UK and Europe regional teams and Singapore commercial portfolio teams.
