Nabil Zainol serves as Associate Director at Fusion Safety Management, where he leads the Leadership and Culture practice across APAC. With more than a decade of experience in OHS consulting, Nabil is a practitioner specialising in safety leadership, organisational culture and contemporary approaches to safety across high-risk and complex operational environments. He has led leadership and culture transformation programmes across multiple industries and international environments throughout APAC and beyond. His work focuses on translating emerging safety thinking into practical leadership and workplace practices, with particular interest in High Reliability Organisations (HRO), Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) and Safety Differently. Nabil works with organisations to rethink how safety is understood and led, helping leaders and teams strengthen their ability to recognise weak signals, make sense of risk, learn from everyday work and adapt to changing operational conditions.
