Born in Rome, Italy, Paolo has graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome with a major in Far East Languages and Cultures. During university and after graduating he has been going frequently to Japan to improve his language skill and deepen his understanding of the culture. In 2019 he was employed in a Japanese company and moved from Italy to Japan. In Japan, he has been active mostly in areas related to the diffusion and experiencing Japanese culture to foreigners coming to Japan. He has recently joined in 2024 Kiyohara’s team as Overseas Sales Representative, where he has been mostly challenged in strengthening the sales of Japanese traditional crafts related items (such as sashiko and kogin) in the European and Asian markets.
