Prathipa Devi Sundraju brings over two decades of deep expertise in civil engineering to the panel, with a career dedicated to advancing construction technology and infrastructure safety. As Divisional Director at Setsco, she leads multidisciplinary teams in geotechnical investigations, pavement engineering, structural engineering and non-destructive testing—driving innovation across Singapore and the region.

Her professional journey spans both public and private sectors, including international experience in Australia, and she holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Prathipa is a respected voice in the industry, actively contributing to technical committees.

Known for her practical insights and collaborative approach, Prathipa has spoken at numerous conferences and workshops, and co-authored research on radar-based NDT for concrete. Her passion lies in bridging engineering excellence with real-world application, making her a valuable contributor to any discussion on infrastructure resilience, testing technologies, and sustainable development.
