With over 15 years of experience in health and safety, I’ve worked my way up through a variety of roles, gaining hands-on knowledge and leadership skills along the way. My career began in the construction sector, where I spent over a decade learning the complexities of risk management, compliance, and the realities of keeping people safe in high-risk environments. 

Four years ago, I made the move into the hospitality industry, joining Hind Management and Sudima Hotels. Today, I’m proud to serve as the National Health, Safety and Security Manager, overseeing safety operations across multiple hotel sites nationwide. My role allows me to lead strategy, ensure compliance, strengthen emergency preparedness, and, most importantly, foster a strong safety culture. 

I truly love what I do — working with people to ensure a safe and healthy workplace is not just my job, it’s my passion. I believe that health and safety is about more than rules and procedures; it’s about building trust, engaging teams, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and protected.
