Sari Tua Roy Nababan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Universitas Indonesia and is currently pursuing a doctoral candidacy in Disaster Management at the same institution. With extensive expertise in safety and risk management, he serves as the Head of the Safety and Security Department at PT MRT Jakarta, overseeing operational safety, emergency preparedness, and security strategies for one of Indonesia’s key urban transport systems. His career spans valuable experience as a safety practitioner in several leading oil and gas companies, where he developed robust safety protocols, incident prevention measures, and industry compliance programs, reinforcing his reputation as a dedicated professional in safeguarding people, assets, and infrastructure.
