Dr. Shamsir Bin Ali is a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Leader with over 20 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, logistics, manufacturing, construction, and oil and gas sectors. A Chartered Member of IOSH and Certified TAPA FSR/TSR/PFSR Expert, he is an ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 auditor and Certified Business Continuity Professional. He serves as Strategic Co-Lead of the TAPA APAC Intelligence System Working Group and is an ACTA-certified educator and sustainability advocate. Dr. Shamsir is also an adjunct lecturer and leadership coach who promotes ESG-driven governance and sustainable safety leadership globally.
