YEOW Shin We is the Chief Technology Officer at Anewtech Systems (anewtech.ai), where he leads the company’s AI and Digital practices. He also spearheads the R&D of the Aitom AI Agent platform, which delivers AI agents designed to augment human roles across the training, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.

Shin We is an active contributor to various technology associations and digitalization committees. He served as Honorary Secretary on the Executive Council of AutomationSG for six years and was the Technology Adviser for the Airhub.ai initiative. He has also participated in digitalization committees under SCCCI, BCA Green Mark, MDA, and IDA.

A seasoned technology trainer and speaker, Shin We has extensive experience conducting programs for enterprises and educational institutions. He was formerly a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the National University of Singapore, and has delivered professional lectures on IoT, Digital Twins, Smart Cities, and Artificial Intelligence to institutes of higher learning, government agencies, business associations, MNCs, and SMEs across Asia.
