Simon joined Shell as Southeast Asia Cluster Security Manager in Jan 2015. RSM Asia Pacific since Feb 2022.

Current role is to anticipate and reduce security risks in APAC and improve performance in support of Group security and business strategies. 

Prior to Shell, Simon worked for Control Risks Group as a Senior Consultant in the Crisis and Security Consulting Department. Before transiting to the corporate world, Simon served in the Singapore Armed Forces as an Officer for 23 years.

Education: Graduate of the John F Kennedy Special Warfare School(USA),Singapore Command and Staff College, ASIS CPP and Chicago University Kellogg College’s Senior Executive Program.

Carried out tasks in hostile and complex environment such as Iraq, Nigeria, Mexico and Cambodia.
