Er. Ho Siong Hin is currently the Senior Consultant for International Workplace Safety and Health with the Ministry of Manpower, 

Prior to these appointments, he was the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health from 2015 to 2019. As Commissioner, he spearheaded the transformation of the work injury and ill health prevention culture in Singapore.

Er. Ho holds several positions in various organisations including President, International Association of Labour Inspectors (IALI), Chairperson, International Social Security Association (ISSA)'s International Section on Prevention in Trade, Goods Logistics and Port Handling or "ISSA Trade" in short, and Honorary Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, UK. He was President of the 21st World Congress on Safety and Health held in Singapore in 2017 and President of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore from 2015 to 2020.
