Subramanian Rajmohan is a seasoned Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) professional with over 20 years of experience in safety management, auditing, and training. He is the founder of RNP Tech and Ensure Safe, organizations dedicated to advancing workplace safety through digital innovation, professional training, and ISO management systems.

At RNP Tech, Rajmohan has developed the e-WSHMS platform—an integrated digital solution featuring key modules such as e-Permit to Work (e-PTW), e-Inspection, e-Communication Record, e-Learning Management System (LMS), e-Attendance Record, e-Document Management System, e-Materials Request System, e-Equipment Inventory System, and e-Accident Investigation Report System. These modules streamline safety operations, improve accountability, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Through Ensure Safe, a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)–approved Training Provider, Rajmohan delivers WSQ WSH courses, including “WSH Control Measures” and “Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant.” He also provides consultancy in implementing ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) systems.
