Accomplished HSE Director with over 21 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. Holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Safety Management and possesses extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems across high-rise, infrastructure, and complex construction projects.

Throughout the career, successfully led multidisciplinary safety teams, conducted major audits and inspections, implemented behavior-based safety programs, and driven significant improvements in workplace safety culture and operational performance. Commitment to proactive risk management, workforce engagement, and regulatory compliance has contributed to achieving outstanding safety standards on some of the UAE's most prestigious construction projects.

In recognition contributions to the industry, selected as a Sustainability in Construction Ambassador at the USA Chicago Expo 2024 and was subsequently reselected as an Ambassador for Women in Construction and digital construction 2026 held on 25 and 26 October 2026. He has also been appointed as an Ambassador for Digital Construction Safety at leading industry events in Australia which will be held at Melbourne Australia on 25 and 26 November 2026 and London, where advocates for innovation, technology integration, and best practices in occupational health and safety.
