Assoc Prof Tay Huay Ling is an Associate Professor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management at the School of Business, Singapore University of Social Sciences. Her research and consultancy work spans humanitarian, healthcare, and community care supply chains, with a focus on building resilient and sustainable supply chains and applying Lean Six Sigma in non-profit and agri-food contexts. She is a Working Group Member for SS 644, Guidelines for the Supply and Delivery of Medication, under Enterprise Singapore, and has consulted for the UN World Food Programme and HELP Logistics.
