Will Maiker is a Global Senior Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) with more than 20 years of experience leading safety, risk management, and operational excellence across the Aerospace, Rail, Construction, Manufacturing, Facility Management, and Data Center sectors. A trained Civil Engineer with a Master's degree in HSE Management, he has led transformational HSE programs across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Will serves as an IOSH Executive Exco and is a Member and Chairman of the CBRE Safety Council, where he helps shape industry-leading health and safety practices. Recognized for his innovative approach to safety leadership, he has pioneered the development and implementation of automation and digital safety applications that have enhanced risk management, workforce engagement, and operational performance.
