Zephan Chan is Director of the Institute of Ergonomics and Hygiene (IEH), Deputy President of the National Safety Council of Singapore (NSCS), and Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle, Australia. With over 20 years of experience, he specialises in occupational hygiene, ergonomics, and workplace safety and health.

A Registered Industrial Hygienist, WSH Officer and Ergonomist, Zephan has led consulting projects across Asia. His current interests include the responsible use of AI to improve occupational health, safety and human performance.
