The Hong Kong Volunteer Rescue Association (HKVRA), founded in 2016, is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers dedicated to rescue operations. The Association is registered as an recognized charitable organization by the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Furthermore, it holds corporate membership with the Institute of Civil Protection and Emergency Management and is an authorized education centre accredited by the Emergency Care & Safety Institute. The Association’s mission is to save lives, promote health, and safeguard animals for the welfare of the Hong Kong community.
