Instant On Scene lets a call handler see what the caller sees, using the phone already in their hand.

The call handler sends a link by SMS, the caller taps once, and live video streams into the control room. There is nothing to download and no account to create, so it works equally for residents, tourists, migrant workers and visitors regardless of which apps they have installed or which language they speak.
