The TSE fire testing laboratory in Tuzla/Turkey has a modern flue gas cleaning system. Since fire tests (such as fire resistance tests according to EN/ISO standards) produce large quantities of toxic smoke, soot, acidic gases (such as HCl or SO₂), and dioxins, such testing centers are subject to strict environmental regulations. The state-of-the-art TSE building materials laboratory in Tuzla (Istanbul) which is accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025, uses an advanced flue gas cleaning system.
