The Watermist Lance & Penetration Hammer meet SOLAS II-2/10.7.3 regulations for extinguishing fires in confined spaces, such as container fires. This model is also suited for f looding EV car lithium batteries to cool them during a fire. Operating this water mist solution is straightforward yet highly effective, with instructions provided in the manual. Constructed from stainless steel, the lance’s top shaft is PE-coated to prevent electric shock. When connected to a water supply, it generates a mist inside the container. The shaft is adjustable from 500mm to 1350mm. As per regulat ions, vessels built on or after January 1, 2016, and designed to carry containers on or above the weather deck must carry at least one watermist lance.
