Course Overview

The Internal Auditor Course (IMS) is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Through this course, attendees will learn how to plan, conduct, and report on internal audits within an Integrated Management System (IMS).

• IMS Fundamentals
  Understand how ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 integrate, focusing on policy, objectives, processes, risks, opportunities, and compliance obligations.

• Audit Principles (ISO 19011)
  Learn about ethics, fair presentation, due professional care, sampling, evidence, and competence in auditing.

• Audit Programme & Planning
  Develop audit plans, checklists, and schedules based on risk-based priorities and scope.

• Conducting Audits
  Gain practical experience in opening meetings, interviews, process-based auditing, site walkthroughs, and evidence collection.

• Findings & Reporting
  Classify non-conformities, observations, and opportunities; write clear, evidence-based audit reports.

• Corrective Action & Follow-up
  Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness to ensure continual improvement.
