• WSH roles & responsibilities for workers and supervisors

• Common process-plant hazards: flammable materials, hot work, energy isolation, pressure systems, chemical handling, work-at-height, lifting/rigging, housekeeping

• Risk controls: hierarchy of controls, safe work practices, signage, barricades, and monitoring

• Permit-to-Work (PTW): purpose, roles, documentation, handover, and field discipline

• PPE selection & use: care, limitations and fit checks

• Emergency readiness: alarms, evacuation routes, assembly points, reporting and communication

• Incident & near-miss reporting: what to report, how to respond, and learning from events
