• Conducting audits: opening meeting, interviews, process-based auditing, site walkthroughs, tracing evidence, and note-taking.

• Findings & reporting: classify non-conformities, observations and opportunities; write clear evidence-based statements.

• Corrective action & follow-up: root-cause, containment vs correction, CAPA, verification of effectiveness.

• Performance & continual improvement: linking findings to KPIs, risks, legal requirements and management review.

Assessment & certification
