The Well-being Champions Network™ was launched in 2023 as a workplace initiative under the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy. Led by the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council, the Network supports employers in strengthening workplace mental well-being and building safer, healthier, and more supportive workplaces. 

The Well-being Champions Network™ collaborates with SMEs and MNCs across more than 10 distinct industries, ranging from manufacturing, engineering, construction, healthcare, process industries, financial services, electronics, education, to others in the public and private sectors.

This diverse network is continuously expanding, demonstrating a robust commitment by employers to enhance mental health and well-being of their employees by providing training and resources.
