“Integrating our security brands within Delta marks a pivotal growth milestone. By combining our collective expertise, we will maximize group synergies,” said Hong Wu, General Manager of Delta’s Building Automation Business Group. “We will continue to expand globally while driving steady manufacturing growth and solidifying our position through innovation and channel development.”

Together, the two brands operate across six continents, supported by four major R&D centers in Canada, Taiwan, Poland, and Italy, more than 300 R&D professionals, and over 1,100 partners worldwide. This network enables strong cross-regional service capabilities and localized expertise, delivering end-to-end solutions from edge devices to cloud platforms across industries including financial services, retail, transportation, manufacturing, and smart cities.
