• LO1: Carry out guard and patrol duties according to organisational procedures and legal requirements.
• LO2: Ensure the proper use of equipment for assigned security operations that is in accordance to organisation standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• LO3: Identify the various organisation stakeholders involved in guard and patrol activities.
• LO4: Report incidents during assigned guard and patrol activities.
• LO5: Handle calls in accordance to organisation SOPs.
• LO6: Handle theft incidents in accordance to organisation SOPs and relevant legal requirements.
• LO7: Handle prohibited and hazardous items.
• LO8: Carry out patrol of building premises with the use of mobile devices.
• LO9: Inform and report issues and situations during the conduct of guard and patrol activities to appropriate authorities.
• LO10: Adopt the correct methods of recording incidents in occurrence book.
• LO11: Check and return all equipment for handing over to incoming shift.
