The REDSCAN Lite (RLS-1010L) is a compact 2D LiDAR sensor (Laser Class 1) designed for indoor applications. In standard mode, it offers a vertical or horizontal detection area of 10 × 10 meters.
Its standout feature is the combination of high detection performance with simple installation and setup. Functions such as Auto-Area Correction and Laser scan path visualization help streamline the installation process, reducing setup time and complexity.
RLS-1010L can be integrated into various security systems to trigger alarms, notify security personnel, or work with surveillance cameras to identify intruders.
- Auto-area Correction
After powering on, RLS-1010L automatically detects walls, floors, fences, and other surrounding structures, and configures an appropriately sized detection area.
- Laser scan path visualization
Since infrared laser beams are invisible to the human eye, adjusting the detection angle traditionally required specialized equipment.
For RLS-1010L, the detection area can be visualized using a commercially available laser pointer.
Angle adjustment is also extremely simple—just rotate the dial on the device.
